Reports to: Operations Manager
The sales representative will be responsible for helping to grow the business by expanding the customer base. They also maintain the current customer base by providing outstanding customer service. You will be part of the Fullorbit agency’s mission of growing our business by helping our customers grow theirs.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Selling our products to customers and businesses.
- Build the existing customer base and find new prospective ones.
- Research potential markets and customers, looking for new market applications.
- Provides high-level customer service to the existing customer base.
- Find new opportunities for expanding involvement with current customers.
- Coordinates billing, accounting, and sales.
- Work closely with the operations manager and other departments.
- Create and present sales forecasts for management levels.
- Closely monitor sales performance.
- Promote a can-do winning mentality within the Profit Center.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience in analytic decision-making.
- Experience finding solutions for complicated problems in a structured and organized manner.
- Experience working with and closely following involved standards of operation.
EDUCATION
A college degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of working in sales.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must be computer literate and proficient in essential management tools. You will learn to utilize new tools on the job.
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION
- Excellent written and spoken English level.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English OR German language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

The schedule will be adjusted according to need. For example, it will depend on client appointments, though you will control availability. Therefore, the hours are primarily adaptable.
